Reverse Osmosis System

It is known as hyper filtration / Desalination or Reverse osmosis. In the Process of desalination of water Reverse Osmosis membrane technology plays vital role. We, at “Aquatherm” offers Industrial Reverse Osmosis System with world’s best spirally wounded thin film composite membranes and FRP or stainless steel housing. Performance of any RO plants/ RO Systems depends on proper pretreatment, and hence we incorporate appropriate prefiltration with required chemical dosing in the system. The system could be manual or fully automatic with safety interlocks.

Demineralisation Plant

Raw or filtered water with total dissolved solids (TDS) needs to be removed for various process application. De-mineralisation or de-ionisation of water using Ion Exchange process is quite common in the industry and this can produce water having total dissolved solids less than 1 ppm.

“AquaTherm” Demineralisation plant exchange all cations and anions during Ion Exchange process,which consists of either twin bed or with mixed bed polisher. The charged resins exchanges H† ions with all Cations and OH‾ ions with all anions to de-ionise the water.The DM system needs regeneration with HCL acid and NaOH alkali after certain period based on the input load of Total dissolved solids. The system can be designed in various ways such as twin bed, Mixed bed, with De-gasser, Weak base anion etc. etc. based on the feed water analysis to reduce the operating cost .The system can be supplied in manual or auto mode.

Filter System

"AquaTherm" Multigrade Sand filter / Pressure quartz is latest concept in the field of filtration technology media filtration to generate water free from suspended solids ( TSS < 5 ppm) . The suspended solids are trapped by using fine pure graded silex/ quartz as the filter media .The quantity of filter media and vessel size is designed to handle incoming suspended solid upto 50 ppm. The Activated Carbon Filter is widely used to remove colour,odour and chlorine from the water.It consists of Activated Carbon granules with higher iodine value and as per IS 877 standards is used for Filtration, supported by layer of graded sand. In order to remove dissolved Iron and for fine filtration specially designed filter can be supplied . In case of excess suspended solids and turbid particles Plate type clarifier can be incorporated.

Water Softener

Calcium and magnesium in the water causing hardness to the water . Removal of total hardness is been taken place using “ Aquatherm” water softener which is charged with cation exchange resins in sodium form. The charged resins exchanges Na ions with Ca and Mg ions to soften the hard water.The softener need regeneration with NaCL salts after certain period based on the input hardness load. The softner’s are available in standard models as well as tailor made units.

Ultra Violet Disinfection System

“Aquatherm” offers an ultra violet disinfection system which is capable of disinfecting 99.9 % of the bacteria’s in order to get the desired output .We provide world’s best U.V. Lamps mounted inside quartz jacket which can transmit optimum U.V. radiation.The SS-316L electro polished Chamber allows the UV rays to reflect inside and increase its potency of disinfection.

Dosing System

"Aquatherm" offers & supplies electromagnetic dosing /metering dosing pumps which are solenoid driven and electronically operated . This pump does not have rotating parts and hence no lubrication is needed , very low wear and tear, maintenance free. This pump consists of a diaphragm which is made up of EPDM & PTFE. The entire solution contacted parts are corrosion free. The dosing pumps is having wide range and flow can be adjusted as per requirement.

Electro Deionisation System (EDI)

Our constant endeavour is to upgrade our system with latest innovative technologies.”Aquatherm” offer world’s latest technology of electro-de-ionisation to generate high purity water to meet stringent water quality standards as per USP-34,UK-MCA,WHO and IS .The electrically operated compact system having unique combination of membranes and ultrapure resins can generate consistent water quality having conductivity less than 1 us/cm with TBC and TOC level within the limits. This unit does not require acid and alkali for regeneration and hence environment friendly with negligible operating cost.

CIP System

‘‘Aquatherm’’ CIP system is tailor made system which is been used for cleaning /descaling the precious machines and equipments to avoid downtime.This consists of a Stainless steel recirculating pump, SS –Tank ,SS corrugated flexible hose pipe with all necessary accessories. The chemical solution as per the decided strength will be pumped and then circulated through the heat exchanger , machine , RO plant , Water plant etc…and then the solution is been collected back in the tank for recirculation purpose. Thus removing all the dirt ,dust, sludge/scale ,oil , grease from the metal or inner body of your precious machine /equipment.
